Thank you to everyone who was able to join us at the 2021 Booklovers Ball: Booklovers in Bloom. This event is Denver Public Library Friends Foundation’s signature fundraiser each year, and we were so pleased to come together and “bloom” once again in support of Denver Public Library!
Our preliminary results show that we raised over $420,000. We are deeply grateful to this community for your generosity and support. This funding will help Denver Public Library fulfill its mission of creating welcoming spaces where all are free to explore and connect.
Throughout the event, we highlighted how “Public” is Denver Public Library’s middle name. From ideaLab programming, the Plaza program for immigrants and refugees, and the Grow with DPL seed library, the library brings opportunities to everyone.
