Held in the iconic Denver Central Library, this year’s black-tie gala will transform the well-known spaces into an oceanic experience. What treasures might you uncover as you explore the depths of what the Denver Public Library has to offer? 

As our signature fundraising event of the year, the Booklovers Ball supports the many programs, collections, and vital services that DPL provides for the Denver community. 

Explore the silent auction, enjoy live music and dancing, and keep an eye out for remarkably bright creatures as the night unfolds.

Join the After Hours Committee: Looking to expand your network while making a meaningful impact?

The After Hours Committee supports the Booklovers Ball by helping drive attendance, secure auction items, and amplify the event across new audiences—all while building community among Denver’s emerging leaders.

Members gain hands-on experience in event planning and fundraising, connect with peers and civic leaders, and receive recognition for their service (including LinkedIn endorsements).
